Australian Orders:
Australian customers (that is purchases made where the shipping address is located within Australia) now have the benefit of ordering and paying in Australian Dollars (AUD). And because there is no need for currency conversion the prices are slightly discounted.
Payment can be made via Direct Deposit, Australian Money Order or through Credit card/ paypal facilities. Just select the items you want to purchase and follow the steps through to the checkout. If you're paying by Direct debit or Money Order please email me.
International Orders
International customers (that is purchases made where the shipping address is located outside of Australia) can purchase products in US Dollars (USD). I don't intent on setting up other currencies as you can pay by credit card and currency conversion occurs at the time of purchase. Just select the 'International Order' button on the appropriate product page and follow the steps through. Payment processed through Paypal/ Credit card only.

Currently I sells the following items directly through this site. This is the only place that you may purchase originals and limited editions. I occasionally sell through EBay (EBay ID nixjim13) and these are always advertised here on this site, through Livejournal and via my newsletter.

Product details are available at the bottom of every gallery page. Please note that prices are in both Australian Dollars (AUD) and US Dollars (USD) and that these prices do not include shipping charges.
Payment Options:
All prices are listed in in both Australian Dollars (AUD) and US Dollars (USD). This site uses secure shopping cart hosted by Mals Ecommerce and credit card payments are processed through Paypal (which includes the above card types). Paypal is a widely trusted company and insures both buyer and seller, if you don't already have an account it's free to sign up. You do NOT need to sign up if paying by credit card.
For Australian customers there is the extra option of direct deposit or Australian Money Order please email me.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
I do NOT accept cheques, travellers cheques, or international money orders for ANY purchases (that includes commissions).
Shipping & Handling:
All products are posted from Australia using standard Airmail. Please allow up to 7 working days within Australia, and between 7 and 21 days for international orders.
- Open Edition prints are shipped in acid free plastic sleeves with a thick backing boarding board or in a hard postage tube(for large Prints).
- Limited Edition prints are shipped flat in acid free plastic sleeves with a thick backing board regardless of size.
- Insurance is available on request for an extra fee.
Shipping Costs
Costs vary based upon destination, whether tracking is required (Express Post option only) and quantity being purchased
- Australian Regular post: Between $1.50 and $7.00 AUD
- Australian Express post (for tracking purposes): Between $4.00 and $9.70 AUD
- International Airmail: Between $4.00 and $12.00 USD
- International Courier/ Registered mail/ Insurance are available on request.
Please note that orders are collated and sent out once a week (except if express postage is requested). For items over $75 extra insurance may be organised for a small extra charge. Please contact me for details.
I will NOT be held liable for any custom fees or duties that may be charged outside of Australia. While this has never happened before, each country has its own rules and regulations which are subject to change without notice.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately I only accepts returns on damaged items. I will replace the item on the provision that the client contacts me within 30 days of the shipment date and that the original item is sent back to me. If you are not happy with a product please contact me with your concerns. Tracking is only able to be provided on Insured/ Registered/ Express post, and that replacements for lost items is only available on tracked items.
All costs involved in commissions are non-refundable as per individual agreement between the client and Nicole Cadet.
