Here the standing stones are again a gateway between myth and reality… in this case historical reality. The Sentinel is loosely based on Cernnunus, the Horned God, though it’s my own interpretation. The Sentinel is a forest guardian and can be summoned only by one with the blood of the Tuatha Dé Danann…. whether they know it or not.
