Frequently Asked Questions
Items are shipped once a week (generally Saturday morning). I do not do expedited shipping as I can not get to the post office any other day.
I use Australia Post for all shipping. Originals are shipped using International parcel post which includes insurance and tracking (Express Post within Australia). Prints and other items are shipped using standard airmail unless otherwise requested. (Please be aware, standard shipping does not include tracking as this keeps prices down. Contact me if you wish to get tracking added for an extra charge). If the shipping costs significantly less than what is quoted, I will refund the difference and let you know.
I do not accept returns so please choose carefully, but I will replace damaged items (proof may be requested). Refunds are only available on insured, traceable items if the item gets lost or damaged in the post. If you are unhappy with an original, please contact me. There are no refunds available for seconds. These are listed as having small damages before purchase. If you wish to see photos before purchasing, please contact me.

Within Australia- standard post (6-10 day business delivery)
Internationally from Australia- Air Mail 10-15 business days. Please be aware that some countries like the US, customs can take up to 5 days. This is approximately 3 full weeks from the time it is posted. Contact me if you have any problems.
Local customs and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local custom authorities for further information
I want a certain print but it's not in your store
At the moment I'm mostly using print on demand through Redbubble for my prints. My storefront is currently the stock I have on hand, but if there is a particular print you are after, please contact me as I may not have uploaded it to Redbubble yet (or it may not be available for prints for various reasons).
